近日，山東科技大學(xué)文法學(xué)院講師韓冰在《Energy Strategy Reviews》發(fā)表題為“Research on the influence of the new energy industry agglomeration on the collaborative governance of pollution reduction and carbon reduction”的文章。
在新的發(fā)展階段，實(shí)現(xiàn)“碳達(dá)峰、碳中和”的目標(biāo)必然要求減污減碳協(xié)同治理?；?266 的面板數(shù)據(jù)2011 年至 2021 年中國(guó)城市，本研究調(diào)查了新能源行業(yè)的多方面影響集聚減污減碳協(xié)同治理。本研究使用靜態(tài)位置熵系數(shù)測(cè)度新能源產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚，耦合協(xié)調(diào)模型評(píng)估減污減碳協(xié)同治理。利用固定、中間和動(dòng)態(tài)閾值效應(yīng)模型，本研究研究了新的能源產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚減污減碳協(xié)同治理。
